RitambharaSahni- I am a student from your bandra khar branch...so i have to leave my review/ testimnonial here on belly dance institute Mumbai and i must say Ritambhara Sahni's belly dance institute Mumbai has changed my life as well as a friend of mine whose been having depression. 9 years ago she was put on depression medication and blew up 17kgs in 6 months. For the last ten years she and I have learned the difference in the way people treat you and more important how you treat/feel about yourself 17kgs overweight. Heartbreaking. Over the last decade she tried everything. But the pressure to lose a large amount of weight was discouraging; she wanted the 17kgs to come off as fast as it came on, but didn’t happen. Then when she found an exercize class, she liked it for a week, but with her depression she would get bored and give up. This happened over and over. She definitely needed an exercise or a dance program that could keep her from getting bored, (nothing worse than forcing yourself to run inside on a machine like a bunch of human hamsters on wheels at the gym) something that would stay changing, exciting, go by fast (for her hyperactivity) and keep her attention and interest (almost impossible) all the time so she could exercise… Ritambhara Sahni was definately her solution and she gave it to her! Belly Dance Institute Mumbai have solved her workout problems. They offer belly dance classes only but they have these belly dance fitness and toning sessions which is my friends and my favorite because it is different and meditational - and it keeps our mental focus because it goes easy which we need-and I never get bored! Because they always change songs- great soothing music and teach you knew routines, plus you have belly dance classes as well to learn from-AN ADDED BONUS- the variety of people that the classes attract sort of builds you your own team to work out with, you get to cheer each other on, and laugh and it is so much fun! We signed up last year and for the first time ever we are proud to say this time that we came back after signing up. We instantly became and have stayed active members. We can’t wait to get to our classes at night! The excitement never fades, you could never get bored with Belly dance institute Mumbai by Ritambhara Sahni and because we attend Ritambhara Sahni's belly dance classes in Mumbai at all centers which is colaba, bandra khar and andheri several times a week personal results include the following-My friend is no longer having depression or needs depression medicine, our attention and focus has improved in all areas of our lives (no more pacing or tapping pens at work yes I was that annoying co worker), she has lost almost 20 kgs, 3 sizes down and is halfway to her healthy weight, (but my body has toned and sculpted because of belly dance, so even with the extra kgs left to lose I look better already than I did at my healthy weight!) I have never felt so alive, able to move my body, my self esteem and confidence is back, the compliments keep coming, but most important I am happy and healthy and it is all thanks to Ritambhara Sahni's belly dance institute Mumbai and all instructors and team at belly dance institute Mumbai.thank you all and see you at our next class! I attend all the levels mostly at all the centers be it Colaba, Bandra, Khar or Andheri though i am done but practice makes perfect and i also go for all the belly dance fusion workshops. Ritambhara Sahni is an excellent teacher, who is professional, caring and extremely committed to ensure the students reach their full potential .
